I made it through that wilderness...

"Somehow I made it through...."

The Outback. Home to Kangaroo's, Bats. snakes, dingos, emus, and many other animals. But it is home to the Anangu people. Ayer's rock is a scared place to it's people. People often talk rocks or other parts of this place home with them, too careless to know what great wonder this place has to others, I had the pleasure of listening to one native woman there, Rebecca. Tell us the story of the rock. The native tongue can be compared to Japanese. Both have the same sounds but just a lil bit different. It was quite a marvelous place. I felt so honored to be there and learn about the Culture there. It was such a great moment to be there. The local Aṉangu do not climb Uluru because of its great spiritual significance. They request that visitors do not climb the rock, partly due to the path crossing a sacred traditional Dreamtime track, and also due to a sense of responsibility for the safety of visitors to their land. The Aṉangu believe they have a spiritual connection to Uluru, and feel great sadness when a person dies or is injured while climbing. We didn't climb it but we got to watch the rock change colors at sunset! If you need to go anywhere in your life, this is the place!!

Aloha Bitches!

Off I set to see the beautiful World of Hawaii. We all left Seattle at 9:20 am. Five hours later. At 1:30pm Rainbow Island Hawaii. The hot sun, the cool breeze, the sand, the water, and the natives. After getting a bit mixed up at the Airport on where to get the rental car my fathers and I settled off to find our hotel on Wakiki. We are staying in the Outrigger on the beach. It's a marvelous hotel, swimming pool, the beach is down the stairs, restaurants within walking distances. After settling into the hotel. We walked along the beach, stop ate lunch, in which I got a make over, *note the flower in ear and the umbrella*. Walked more along the beach and watched the sunset until we all meet up with my dad's scuba friends that live here. Greg and their other friend Dan at Hula's. Afterwords we went to the Duke statue and took our picture with my papi Derek. We also meet up with papi Derek's friend from high school here. After dinner at duke's (It was really good) We enjoyed our walk back to the hotel and went to sleep. Tomorrow is a busy day!

San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

Well it is official!

My life is complete. Well one more level complete! I am here in San Diego. The birthplace of John. It is going great. I get to see all the places where John had his first School, Job, Love, Lived, Things he loved there. Looking at his childhood is a bit like mine. He grew up around Latino Culture. Lots of Mexican food, music, latino Men.
John has asked me to move in with him. We have been dating for one year. I am excited about this huge life change. I will be saying good bye to friends in Portland, but also making new ones as well. I plan to play on the Rugby team up in Seattle. To expand not only my friends but john's as well. We have also started the adoption process. This is a bit scary, and yet i am ready to become a father. I plan to move sometime in December. I will miss my love ones here. But until than i will enjoy my life here in PDX. If you are a blogger in PDX and want to meet, let me know! Other than that. San Diego was Fantastic!! There is a major different's in not only culture, but styles and looks in San Diego. Everyone one in San Diego looks really fit. Even the 80 old's have a great body. Everyone is tan, Either lives high up in the hills, or life on their boat/yacht. Lots of Latino and White people there. Many of the citizens of San Diego either live or work in Mexico. Overall I really enjoyed going to San Diego. I have lots of pictures from the San Diego Zoo. I believe that is the best Zoo!!!

Flight of the Drunken Passenger

Today my flights were OK. I do wish that john was flying with me so I
would have someone to talk to and hold. But at last I travel solo. My
first flight was pleasant, all except for the landing. When the flight
crew comes around and tells you, "you need to turn off you personal
devices." you think people listen... Nope. Instead blasting their
music for the whole airplane to hear. Than having the attendant pass
them and not even notice. Gosh I feel safe. Not!!!!
Than in Houston, this kid about my age-ish walked up to the ticket
counter and asked the man behind if he could smoke in the terminal.
Come on guy, where the fuck is your brain?? Are you to drunk or high
to know that you are in an airport. Well the staff knew he was trouble
and the man from the counter in the airport can on the plane and
threaded to kick him off. I wished they did, he sat behind me and
didn't turn off his phone til the attendant told him to turn it off.
Than started up his iPod or CD player while the plane was about to
take flight. And finally started to kick the back of my chair and lean
up against it. I just want to punch him!' fucking traveling flights!!!
