Every since destiny's child. Kelly Rowland hasn't came out with much. But since parting with DJ David Guetta she has made a new hit called Commander which right now is a hot dance club song. When i first heard this i thought it was a whole different song. But after a good friend told me and all with shazam from iphone I raced to Itunes and found the song and have been dancing to it. Enjoy!

Autumn

Fall is one of my favorite times of years. The changing color on leaves and basically everything dies. LOL... ok mainly I love Fall for coats and hats. I have so many hats to wear. Whether it be in the snow, rain, wind, or clouds. I have a hate for it. Coats, I have been collecting a few. I mainly have ones for when i go to work. A warm black wool dress coat to put over my suits. And my favorite. An Old Navy Pea-Coat. I love Pea-Coats. When I wear mine, I feel like I'm in the navy on shore leave at Paris. It amazes me how a coat could make you feel so warm and take you to different places in your mind.

"French people Eat French Food...."
"Everyday!!!!"
The more I read and cook from Mastering the art of French cooking. I feel that I am becoming French. Julia Child is one of my favorite/inspiring people. I am currently reading my life in paris and every time I read parts from it. I find myself cooking what I am reading. The first recipe I made was Supremes de Volaille aux Champignons (Chicken breast with mushrooms and Cream).Pictured below, It was a tasty dish. I never knew that I could cook such a simple and yet tasty meal. The chicken was cooked perfectly. I never knew that when chicken is done it should feel springy to the touch. I served it with risotto. Such heaven. Just ask John.

The next dish I read was Filets De Poission Gratines, a la Parisienne(pictured below) or Fish filets poached in white wine; cream and egg yolk sauce. Now mind the only way I like fish is fried. But poaching fish in white wine with butter, and seafood broth. It takes about 9 to 12 mins to poach the fish. After that making the sauce was as John described it, "a party in your mouth." It was so buttery, eggy, and yum. Like a cheese sauce, that melts in your mouth. It's heaven!

I highly recommend that everyone in America needs to cook at least once from this cookbook. It's my new "bible" so to say.

I love you....

And No I do not call John cupcake.
Usually I would be cooking dinner on the weeknights for us, but now since I work at night now and don't get off until late that night. He cooks for himself and I for that night. So when the weekends come I take over cooking and feeding the dogs. But when it comes to housework, I take care of the inside of the house and he does outside and cat box. Well I want to plan something great for this weekend. Maybe something out in nature.... We will see.....

I know, I know, I know...
I'm a bad blogger. It's just the fact that i have been busy. Mainly with work. Working late and getting it ready for our Grand Opening on Sept 10th at 8pm. If you happen to be in Seattle and want to come learn some ballroom dancing. email me for detail.
Other than that. I got two new suits that later this week I'll take some pictures. Thanx to my husband for taking me to Nordstrom and turning me into a half snob now. I look good and feel good. I'm down to 219 and getting smaller as we speak. Lots of running and dancing is helping as well! I wasn't able to go to PDX this weekend and am sadden by this. Too much to do for work. But hopefully i will get down there soon. Big hugs to you all and will update soon!
